R Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

After 4 months of this, have concluded that overly stiff orthotics were the root problem. Have had the orthotics adjusted (to ease angles) but they're still stiff and ITB tightness/pain hasn't completely gone. Will see about reverting back to the flexible ones.

Reverted to flexible orthorics, had myofascial release (acupuncture) in trigger points to ease band. Still occasional tightness but not painful any more.
