L Knee, Impact wound / trauma

Grade 2-3 (3 earlier, feeling a bit better now)
Fell onto a rock, which made a hole in my trowsers and knee. Swelling around and above the area that hit the rock. Raised around 1cm and 'egg shaped'. Small but persistant bleeding from a cut (taken couple of layers of skin off, but no major problem). Annoyed more than anything, hurts when bent.

By end of Monday and throughout Tuesday found it very difficult to walk upstairs or for any length of time. Movement significantly reduced - wondering about a visit to the doctors/walk in hospital :(

Slowly getting better, didn't go to the hospital in the end.
(End date is the date I started exercising again, though it is still noticeable (14th Nov))
