R Torso, Lower Back Pain

2006-06-10 – 2006-06-21

Grade: 3

Don't know what I did yesterday, but my lower back went out sometime in the evening.
Some plumbing work at above eye level and dragging a 32 gal trashcan with grey water from the burst drain pipe from the kitchen was awkward work. Lot's of back and forth with the snake, but there's still a partial blockage somewhere in the line. I think I have enough duct tape wrapped around there to hold most of the water in until Monday - hopefully the plumber will return my call this time.
Difficulty sleeping - flat on my back was OK, but any movement immediately woke me up. On eitehr side was a non-starter, and sleeping on my front wasn't much better. 4 Advil this morning seems to have helped so I can at least move around a bit.

Take it easy. Dr. prescribed a steriod and muscle relaxant.
