I think I pulled something. The front of my right knee hurts. At first it only hurt running, then walking downstairs. Now it hurts going up stairs and if I am sitting and then move it hurts. I can walk normally. It hurts when I plie/squat. I can extend my leg from 90 degrees w/ no pain. bending it up/folding leg in hurts as does extending it from an angle of less than 90 degrees. Any advice?

idk if its really better. usually is. ice. stretch. keep moving but be careful. the end. I'm not the best for injury related advice.
