L Foot, Ankle Sprain

crunched ankle playing hockey (got forced to play as keeper)
Also pulled left hamstring and groin whcih are still sore+ siff
Can't run , but brisk walking is ok as long as i dont put full weight on it

need to do proper warm up in hockey, even if in goal etc

rest straight away , take no chances , build up gradually to normal training again
