Foot, Ankle Sprain

ankle is still acting up whenever I attempt to run/ride... put together a series of exercises that I'm hoping will get things back to normal.
strengthen medial longitudinal arch (mainly flexor hallucis mm's as hip is internally rotating to achieve full plantar flextion), peroneals, strengthen soleus.

Foot no longer hurts to run.. I still can't kick with fins, but who knows if that is good for it anyways. Ligamentous support on R ankle is now loose and unstable. Need to be very cautious with this ankle and provide additional stability when doing long runs on trail to prevent another injury.
