hole in side of foot due to procedure to remove a (probable) granuloma. Not sure how long it will take to heal enough for me to run on it - doc said a week or two....
Got infected, so prolonged the pain.....
If you think something is infected it probably is..... I got so fed up with the pain on Monday 22nd that I soaked and drained the wound - instant relief and a surprising amount of gunk. Doctor confirmed that I had done the right thing at my follow up on Wednesday
