R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Grade: 3

Rolled ankle (sprain) 10 min into 24 hour race. Hairline fracture also present.

update--4 weeks in and it's still not healed. Feels fine doing anything but running. So I will give it a bit longer. Definitely gotten more mobility back.

update--3 months in and it's definitely feeling better but I would say still not 100%. I will keep this active until I feel it's fully back to normal.

115 days in and it feels fine to run on but I'm not sure if the tendons across the top will ever be the same. Leaving this on here until the tendons feel a bit more solid.
