Probably straining it training during the week.
After 2 days hard racing over the weekend it got progressively worse. On Sunday night I was in pain and couldn't sleep. I was no chance of running on Monday.
Pain at the back of my right upper leg. Hard to describe a specific spot on the hamstring.
A couple of weeks rest. Then slowly back into running. Pelvic and lower back stretches helped.
Definately not my hamstring. Perhaps more hip and buttock related.
