Torso, Lower Back Pain

Hurt my lower back at the gym today, it's getting worse as the day goes on. Pain ended up getting up to a 9. Had to take a week off work.

No more heavy deadlifts. Pretty much back to my normal routine, but not going to push things for the next little while.
