left calf gets tight and I need to stop. Walking OK. Same as two years ago.
Icing and stretching. Got recommended stretching exercises to go with hamstring stretching before any workouts.
May 13 - thought I had recovered.
May 18 - left calf got tight and sore and had to slow down during training run
muscles are very tight and stretching needs to be part of the daily routine from now own to lower risk of strains and pulls.
Finally just topped running for 2 weeks and biked.
