R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Got this again after straining the right calf on Sunday. Could run on Tuesday, but not succesfully today (Thursday)...

I think it is OK again. After running and stretching on Tuesday 18th it felt better after than before. No running after that (skiing and skating only) but it feels better on a daily basis.

Stretching seems to help even if it hurts while running and gets better after that.
