R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Over training prolly. Suddenly went ping near the end of a run. Was going quite well too. Sore after running too fast on non-cushioned soles.

Over-training injury. Painful for a couple of days and again when I ran too soon. But only one run in 14 days did the trick, and some strenuous cycling kept me fit.
