R Arm, Impact wound / trauma

Couldn't extend very well on Oct 8 and 9 without pain; much better and full ROM back on 10. 11th did a little core workout and found the elbow is still sore if I put weight on it both in extended and flexed positions

I am pretty certain this is fully resolved. A much easier recover simply because I don't have to walk on my arms all day every day. Think Christmas break will be good for knees to recover too
