barely able to put weight on it at first, and one sleepless painful night
9/30 - switched to crutches and boot; can't put weight on it especially at night
10/3 - walking on boot without crutches; using neoprene brace at night
today (10/5) able to walk on it but still general bruised feeling on bottom of heel
10/12 - running with lace-up brace
10/14 - now able to run on track with only minimal tenderness and some temporary return of pain/stiffness at night or in the morning.
10/18 - first run of 6 miles on trails; discomfort down to 1
10/27 - using ankle brace for running and other brace for sleeping.
