tendon extending from ant tib into front of ankle, onset from overloading with 135km 4-dayer on Stewart Island with heavy mud for 3 days and then better runnability day 4,
Rest mostly. Rested hard the final week which sussed it, with chiropracrtor + physio help / work.
Using anti-inflammatory gel massaging on it each evening. Exercises, hopping, SL squat, calf raised (focused on big toes raising), general ankle moving / mobility and calf stretches.
