Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

Mostly left foot but little on the right side too. Noticeable after ~10k runs, while 5k produce only light pain at night or next day.

Massage and special stretching helps. Had to switch to biking, which is good cross training substitution for missing running activities in Bay Area terrain.


01-05-2021 Inflammation is almost gone, but not clear if adding miledge would not reverce recovery.

Short runs under 3km helped.
