Sublax L patella and maybe dislocated knee out and back in. Surgery July 21. Brace til Sep 1. Start with short easy walking on Sep 1, and indoor spin super easy 100w on KickR.
paddling only if easy in/out no risk of slipping
Osteochondral allograft left femur w BMAC from hip. Removed the chunk.
6month to 1 yr recovery.
