R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Annoying!
Just as I was feeling very fit, along comes a niggle out of nowhere during the end of a 400m rep session.
Tried another session after 2 weeks, but no good, so more time needed.
Feeling strong again after 7 days.
9 days later the beep test was good.
Tried a Mona fartlek on the 10th day, but hamstring tweaked again.

A little better each day. No speed work or hard running.
