Weird day, started to develop abdominal pain at work, within two hours couldn’t really walk properly so went over to the docs - turns out I have a kidney infection, he thinks caused by dehydration. Popped me on some antibiotics and painkillers and I was feeling loads better after an hour or so. Bit of a forced rest day though!
