Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Left hamstring was very sore after morning stretching. Soreness persisted all morning. Tried to run on it later in the morning, at first thought it would be ok if I just took it easy, but soon it started feeling worse, so stopped.

Lots of rolling out with theraband plus one session at Kevin's (with Matt) certainly helped. Mostly just making sure I didn't run too hard once I started to recover.
