Not really a groin pull, more illopsoas injury from the plyometrics on Monday Dec. 17th. I think I twicked the muscle somehow. I have been able to train and even do plyometrics again the following Monday, until today (2.01.08). Today the pain is enough to give me a scare, and I have decided to take one day off and see what it's like tomorrow.
