R Arm, Fracture

Broken front tooth, two split lips, two cut and swollen hands, various grazes on front body. From falling into rocks during Royal Sky Ultra Marathon in Italy.
Suspected scaphoid fracture based on 10-day Xrays so treated cautiously and put into cast on 27th July.
Cast removed five weeks later on 1st September. CT scan (16th August) showed no scaphoid fracture but two small fractures in other bones. The consultant said they were less serious than scaphoid and should have healed nicely by now. Just need to do some rehab to get the mobility and strength back.
By mid October had almost full range of movement and very little discomfort during yoga, weights, climbing etc.
