see training for Fri 6/16, pulled it at the end of rep 2 of a 4x800 I workout, very sudden onset, stopped the workout immediately and walked it in, icing it now; feels like this could be a good 2 week recovery.

this resolved a long time ago, 6 months, then I had a rotator cuff injury, just forgot to close this one
