Medial knee pain stiffness.

3/9/17 - cortisone shot and anti inflamatory gel; diagnosis is cartilage wear and joint space decrease (OA)
3/12/17 - ran 2 miles yesterday and 3 miles today with return of medial pain - depressed
3/16 - pool running does not hurt; patellar strap seems to help walking; pain medication unnecessary; no morning or evening stiffness; still some medial pain upon getting up and walking; feel a little pain in the tendon occasionally that lightly "pops" then feels better.
3/17 - vague feelings of pain in same area. Jogged a bit around court and knee felt heavy. Depressed
5/8 - damage is permanent
2/1/18 - happy anniversary to my loser knee
10/31/18 - modifying my stride and achieving sub 8 times
never really recovered but I don't want to track it anymore
