this was a bad one... anterior tibialis strain or nerve damage... very weird that it just all of a sudden happened and there was no prior soreness.... leads me to think it wasn't an over use injury and a possible nerve mess up....
Time off and a lot of icing and loosening of muscle connected to the problem. Physio...
