R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Having thought this was better and after a morning jogging around putting out controls, I thought I'd do a short race. Rolled off a rock whilst poinding downhill off-track and really did the ankle this time - the roll not stopped by boots this time because I was in shoes. Severe swelling, brusing both sides of foot and small tear in superior lateral ankle ligament.

Good regular physio, doing the exercises and easing back into running. Still not 100% but ran OK over Oceania with it fully strapped.
