Bleeding around the spleen and reduced liver function. Hospitalized for six days. As of release, underlying cause unknown.
Newer figured out the root cause of this. I took a course of antibiotics (doxycycline), though I never tested positive for anything that would have helped with. Everybody has a theory, but none quite fit the observations.
