L Torso, Lower Back Pain

Lingering pain and stiffness where I had my herniated disk 2 years ago. Then an episode of muscle spasm on Nov 19.

Cause: too much long distance road racing.
Recovery: nearly a week of rest, daily easy walking, once or twice lower back strengthening exercises (bridge, clam, monsterwalk, squats)
