Pulled my back in 2015 and was out for 6 months. Woke up with the same back pain.
Not sure what caused it. Ran the same as I've been running but I did do 50 pushups Wednesday evening... I normally do 0 a week so maybe that caused it!? Went to a chiro appointment Friday morning and another one Monday.
Took off Friday - Sunday from running and did a very slow 10km Monday. Will continue to go slow and buildup.
