R Lower Leg, Shin Splints

14/5 - Four different injuries in the lower right leg (which, of course, might be related to each other). This is being built up for some time now. I've started to do strengthening exercises, and it seem to improve the situation a bit, but problem is not solved yet.

9/9 - Most of the issues are gone for some time. The only one which still comes back from time to time is what feels like a shin splint. But in the last three weeks it seems this is gone as well. On the other hand, I don't run that much or long these days.

15/1/18 - almost two years, I can't say it's completely gone. During relatively intense running periods, when running on flat ground I still feel the shin from time to time. Trail running on hills doesn't seem to cause any issue, though.
