L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

first noticed this toward the end of my 7M L run at 10:00 pace on Sun Apr 3. then persisted Monday on E run to Metro. then had to pull the plug on the 8x400 R workouts yesterday and today so it is officially impacting my training. I've been icing since last night and decided to give it a good rest to completely heal up before resuming Phase 3 training due to intensity of this phase. do a week of cross training, then a week of base, then resume Phase 3. anyway, that's the plan. surely this will have a negative impact on June race plans during this key phase of training. that's the breaks. running . . . she is a cruel mistress.

this resolved some weeks ago, just forgot about it . . . lower legs are pretty solid now, knock on wood.
