Back spasm at climbing gym after left hand slipped off a starting hold, leading to unexpected spin off of wall. Unwisely continued with a hangboard session that night.
Pain and stiffness were manageable 11/11-13 at work. Woke 11/14 barely able to get out of bed. It was worse upon waking 11/15.
Appt. with PT on AM of 11/16.
Keep doing the back stretches! Massage might be best treatment once the spasm flare up recedes.
