R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Lower Calf strain. First occurred when trail running a few days before my first adventure race. Ran the race with only minimal additional strain.

Rested for a week following the race and started up running again the following week. Need to find easy jogging pace instead of fast intense runs every time.
