R Upper Leg, Impact wound / trauma

Bruising from hard impact, along with some infection, in my right leg has kept me from working out most of this week. I have been in contact with the doctor and have been taking antibiotics. My right knee and thigh are red and swollen. Today has been a little better with some mobility back in my knee, but my thigh is still numb and red/swollen. I anticipate about 4-5 more days to be fully recovered to the point where I can do cardio workouts again. I may start weightlifting sooner if possible. My bone spur has also been somewhat of a nagging injury, but not the past couple of days because I have been avoiding wearing shoes. I hope to back in order and getting in good workouts next week.
