R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Started hurting for no reason. 1 session with Killarney physio and 2 with Una before WOC. Got me through WOC but still painful afterwards.

Sore warming up but ok racing. Can still be felt at times racing.

Was fixed when started back running after broken toe. Rest therefore helped.
