Was really tight behind the right knee joint, then standing at work all day seemed to make it transfer to my right lateral underfoot. Really sore, tried to massage it out as I thought it was just tight plantar fascia, but hurt even more later. Only not weight bearing seems to improve it. (19/7)
22/7 - Cuboid syndrome. Gave in and went to physio. On anti-inflammatories for 4 days, trying to rest it

Just went too hard and did too much after a big break. Need to remember to take my own advice and prescribe exercise widely, don't smash myself all the time.
