Had similar injury this time last year - lasted about 5 weeks
Recommenced activities with tubigrip on calf 16 July (short run), 18 July Horsham Park sprint-O, 21 July Badminton.
Looking good for Scotland, though will probably remain strapped during exercise.
Over-use, lack of warm up, bad luck?
Tubigrip seemed to work like magic. Also much better when not cold.
