Varies in pain, sometimes I limp around the house, other times I can easily run.
It's on the lower left leg, if anyone know of some good ways to fix it I'm open to new ideas.
Currently I ice 5min on 5min off whenever I can and while I run I wear compression things for my shins, they help a lot
I wore compression socks for my shins whenever I ran and it slowly went away.
