never tweaked my groin before. pretty sure it was from going apeshit in the half. before then I can't remember the last time (years ago) that I have run back to back sub 6 miles... and I avg'd 5:46 for 13.2 miles. I'm sure just the stride difference between running on the road and the trails... and the harder surface is why my groin got "tweaked". Up until that race that last time i raced on the road was was Kona 2011.
MRI = iliopsoas bursitis
rest. mri & bone scan did not show anyying. didn't run for a month.
