R Lower Leg, Other

2007-07-09 – 2007-10-10

Grade: 4

basically an injury froma few years ago wher I sprained my ankle rather badly formed a lot of scar tissue because it wasnt treated properly. That scar tissue has forced my right foot to turn in quite severely and that has caused a lot of strain on my lower right leg. A lump developed that was extremely painful and huge knots formed in my calf area......any pressure at all on that leg was painful and so walking was a challenge for some time. After going to the chirporacter and the physiotherapist, I have had my foot realigned, the knots in my lower leg partially worked out (even the physio cuoldnt get it all out!) and have started to wear orthodics in my shoes. They have helped and I'm no longer in pain when I walk, however occasionally running it gets sore and the lump on the bone just above my ankle has gone down a little but has not disappeared.

lol going to the physio and getting orthodics to turn my feet back out the right way....and the chiro for readjsuting where te bones in my feet should be......definitely a good choice in fixin the problem......pretty much defenitely caused by an injury in my ankle a few years ago during P.E that never got treated....he scar tissue built up...made my foot turn in drastically.....and screwed up the rest of my leg.....*shrugs* all good now though i still cant sit cross legged because of that ankle
