Flared up on 2nd day of Cowboy Tough. Unsure of what it is other than a hip flexor. It hurts a lot when lifting leg up or running. Every hike or run I do flares it up badly again. Need to try swimming to see if that helps.
Seems better. Need to stretch ALOT....ALL THE TIME...to keep it from happening again. Also need to increase Glut med & minimus strength to increase support and prevent compensatory issues.
