Terrible Jet lag and didn't start to feel 100% until around 7 days after..which is about exactly what they say, 1 day for each time zone traveled, i traveled 7 time zones. The first 3days were the worst where i could barely move. but the last 3 days ive been able to feel much better and do some easy biking, swimming, etc
