Damn it!!! This hurt more than any ankle roll has ever hurt.
The front of the ankle and up towards the shin really kills.
Diagnosis from physio:
Most likely a high ankle sprain.
Absolutely no running for 2-3 weeks.
Physio w/ laser the following day.
Physio 2x the following week with laser & acupuncture.
Foot in bucket of ice cold water 2-3 x a day. Rub w/ voltaran after.
No aerobic exercise during that time, 9 days.
