R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

2 hours at "Jumpology". Pretty sure I strained my right calf while trying to jump strapped into a balance board. It's like a foam snowboard and I got a little fancy trying a spin move between trampoline squares.

Rolled calf with "the stick" two days in a row, stretched and didn't push runs. Feels better now.
