Stiffness lasting a long time - lots of limping
i do have trouble road running, This happened to me a year ago after a pretty long run. Treadmill does not bother the knee, hiking (as in Peru) does not bother the knee, but road running does. just went out for a longish bike ride - 2:00+ i will see how the knee takes this.
