Strained quad playing soccer due to not warming up. A week later it's still too sore to train and all I've done is rest + a little bit a of stretching. Hoping it will be alright for Xmas 5 days...

So after a bit of a run the other day I think I am over this one. Remember to warm up kids or you get very fat over xmas!
