This circumstantially seems to be related to the brief weakness that immediately preceded it, and maybe it's really a continuation of that. I've basically felt a bit under the weather ever since, with intermittent mild to moderate digestive system distress.
Gradually faded away, with some residual stomach pain, especially after sitting too long, but the rest of the GI symptoms seem to be gone.
