R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Annoyingly suffering from a painful achilles after the JPMorgan Corporate Challenge. Started on the weekend when playing with Jessica in the pool and knocked my heel on the tiles. Luckily didn't trouble me much during the race and hopefully will be fine after a couple of days rest.
