Re-occurring injury from college/hs basketball. Sand was just deep enough to overwork it.
Went away after a month, then came back a week later. Physical therapist thinks lack of flexibility is causing it.
Improved hip flexibility. Used patellar tendon straps. Heat before workouts, ice after, prescription Naproxen for both knees and groin injury. Staying away from cycling for awhile.
